The International Congress on Teaching and Learning in Education (ICTLEdu) had arisen from the international project TELESEICT (Teaching and Learning Special Education with Information Communication Technologies).
The major aim of ICTLEdu is to bring scholars, researchers, educators, students, professionals and other groups interested in Education to present their works and recent developments related to Education.
This year, ICTLEdu-19 conference is dedicated to the focus on Special Education and ICT, but always have the ambition to share further advancements and innovations in General Learning and Teaching.
